After 3 months of being messed around by a huge shop/mail order company
regarding this order (and they still couldnt honour) i cancelled!!!

I then placed the order online with fishing warehouse and WOW!!!
from placing the order (white knuckle thriller pole) it took just 24 hours and i
was setting it up. Now who can deny thats pretty remarkable ?
and the delivery was free!

and a very big thankyou to the young lady who took my telephone querry regarding
stock of this pole. she was very helpfull and it really wasnt to much trouble
for her. she made me feel like a valued customer!

all that remains is a BIG BIG Thankyou from one very satisfied customer
i can assure you this won't be the last time we do business
